[PEDA] Mouse Scroll Wheel in Protel 99SE/Dual Screens

	No I hadn't but then we are still running W2000 around here.

	Would that not be a Protel issue anyways? I'm thinking that it is Protel that has two pages split between the screens, so it would be Protel (P99SE at that) which would have to be told which window to focus on. I wouldn't believe that the operating system would have the ability to tell it, not simply based upon which window the mouse was currently over. Maybe but I doubt it when I think about it, my thought is that the application would have to have been written to utilize such a function? Maybe? No? I don't know?

As a workaround, have you tried changing Windows preferences so that 
focus follows the cursor without requiring a click (available in XP, at 
least)? I forget how I did it, but I have been using this feature for 
some time and find it very useful when working with the two screens.
I first encountered this behaviour on a Linux box running KDE where I 
think it may have been the default or, at least, offered when setting 
up. BTW, moving the mouse shifts focus but will not bring a window to 
the front of another overlaid on. That requires a click.
