[PEDA] Mouse Scroll Wheel in Protel 99SE/Dual Screens

A word of caution is warranted for running multiple occurrences of P99SE.

	One must be aware that running two instances can muck up things like your preferences or other items where both instances of the program would be reliant on one set of default config files. Been there done that with PADs, got real messed up between two occurrences.

One might also consider that dual screens can in some circumstances be
productively employed by calling two instances of P99SE, one for each
screen...
