TechServ is located in the South San Francisco Bay Area, in the heart of Silicon Valley. If you fly, the San Jose International Airport will put you within a 15 minute automobile drive of our facilities. We are located in San Jose near the southern edge of Campbell.

Driving Instructions
From the San Jose International Airport...From the San Francisco International Airport...
- Take Interstate 101 south approximately 1.6 miles to Interstate 880
- Take Interstate 880 south, this becomes Hiway 17 after about 4.0 miles
- Continue south on Interstate 880 about 3.4 more miles to the Camden Avenue/San Tomas Expressway exit
- Turn left onto Camden Avenue
- Continue south on Camden Avenue about 0.5 miles to Bascom Avenue
- Turn left onto Bascom Avenue
- Turn right at your first opportunity, this is Foxworthy Avenue
- Turn left into the first driveway, this is TechServ's parking lot

- Take Interstate 101 south approximately 23.5 miles to Hiway 85
- Take Hiway 85 south about 13.6 miles to the Bascom Ave exit (about 0.25 miles beyond Hiway 17)
- Turn left onto Bascom Ave
- Continue north on Bascom Ave about 1.1 miles to Foxworthy Avenue
- Turn right onto Foxworthy Avenue
- Turn left into the first driveway, this is TechServ's parking lot
