Aha, I remember that one! The order is based on the order in which 
the sheets were created (and thus presumably the order they appear in 
the internal database. Easiest fix IIRC is to do each sheet symbol in 
turn on the master sheet, select the symbol, edit-cut, (without 
moving the mouse) edit-paste, repeat for the next sheet symbol.
